Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a complete refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are not eligible for return. These include perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To process your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please refrain from returning your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are instances where only partial refunds are granted, such as for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds will be processed after receiving and inspecting your returned item. You will be notified via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Late or missing refunds can be addressed by checking your bank account, contacting your credit card company, and reaching out to your bank. If the refund is still not received, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items are non-refundable, only regular-priced items qualify for a refund.

Exchanges are only applicable for defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange, send an email to {email address} and mail your item to: {physical address}.

For gifts, if the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, a gift credit for the return’s value will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping returns require mailing the product to: {physical address}. You are responsible for the shipping costs, which are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning more expensive items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.
